The United States Military does indeed need some additional Public Relations to help them in their efforts to protect our nation, unfortunately they have been getting somewhat of a bad rap due to the public opinion on the War in Iraq.

One thing military recruiters can do is join a neighborhood mobile business watch in the various communities. Why you ask? Well simple really let us look at the average recruiting office format for a second and see why;

MILITARY RECRUITERS: Military recruiters' main focus is to recruit from the local population. They must interact with young people in their communities; therefore, they become great judges of character. They know when a teenager is just acting tough just to be part of the gang. They also park their cars in shopping centers and recruiting stations all day. They are looked up to by the high-energy youth. They understand that the same kids that cause problems may become great members of our society.

You see actually military recruiters get a double whammy on the street to recruit and curb crime and interact with young males who might otherwise join gangs and cause problems, but instead help them find discipline and perhaps camaraderie in the noble cause of protecting our nation. Please consider all this in 2006.
